Description:
The {{layout}} which is defined in parameter {{altDeploymentRepository}} is a
candidate to remove cause we support only Maven 3 and not Maven 1 anymore which
makes the layout part superfluous.
Furthermore the {{repositoryLayout}} parameter of {{deploy-file}} goals is
marked as deprecated and should be removed as well.
