Did you see our FAQ? This happens and the reasons and dump file lookup is

Currently the PING timer may cause this if GC takes 10 or 20 seconds.
I see your JVM is configured with Xmx 4GB which may cause long GC. Can you
prove it with {{-verbose:gc}}?
