Description:
I wish to add support for generating XZ compressed tarballs (.tar.xz) from an
assembly descriptor: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xz
I will submit a patch for maven-assembly-plugin when PLXCOMP-239 is resolved
and plexus-archiver has support for XZ.
Please see PLXCOMP-239 for the plexus-archiver ticket for supporting XZ
compression.
