It gets even better: Eclipse MINGW terminal shows all the colors:

I'll take a wild guess and assume that jansi switches (*passthrough*, *force*,
*strip*) are not interpreted as they should be in IDEA and GitBash terminal.
Just FYI, I'll post my detailed findings on github.
