I just bootstrapped 2.0.5-SNAP and attempted to build plugins from scratch. The
following cycle ensued:
The projects in the reactor contain a cyclic reference: Edge between
'Vertex{label='org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-javadoc-plugin'}' and
'Vertex{label='org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-checkstyle-plugin'}' introduces
to cycle in the graph org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-checkstyle-plugin -->
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-javadoc-plugin -->
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-checkstyle-plugin
