Description:
In the recent past, i've done various improvements to the maven pdf plugin and
the associated doxia modules to support a number of new features and fix a
bunch of outstanding issue.
* TOC expansion using markdown/whatever headings
* Title page improvements, including
* larger project logo support
* header support on the cover page
* footer/disclaimer field on the cover page
* various formatting updates
* table row alternate colors
* user overriderable via pom fo xslt file
