Description:
maven-plugin-tools-generator adds (in PluginDescriptorGenerator.java) the
following comment line in {{META-INF/maven/plugin.xml}} and {{plugin-help.xml}}
descriptors: "<!-- Generated by maven-plugin-tools " with a timestamp.
This timestamp makes the build non-reproducible (cf. MNG-6276) and its
usefulness is questionable. Would it be possible to remove this timestamp? (as
it was already done in MSHARED-494 for pom.properties).
