Currently the code of Maven core {{MavenCli}} contains something like this:

: request.getSystemProperties().getProperty(
MavenCli.THREADS_DEPRECATED ); // TODO Remove this setting.
Note that the int-tests use it

We should remove the {{THREADS_DEPRECATED}} part here.
