The few maven git repos on gitwip have all been moved to gitbox. The new clone
URL is https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf/maven-resolver.git
URL has been fixed in
[e6b4551e242389fdd7f091496c826bdb030d9f3c|https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf?p=maven-resolver.git;a=commit;h=e6b4551e242389fdd7f091496c826bdb030d9f3c]
and will be published with the next release.
