me: have you checked the documentation
user: Yes, it says <blah blah> but I just get some error
me: Ah, that's because the documentation is for version <x> of that plugin, and
we're using plugin version <y>
user: how do I know which version I'm running and what version this
documentation is for ?
* Add the version to the site
* For plugins, make the version a link to a page that tells the user how to
determine what version of a plugin they are using.
