Can they be both on the same classpath? I want the Surefire provider to have zero conflicts with user's code. Currently my POM has only one dependency `junit-platform-launcher:1.1.1`. It does not look like an API. Having maybe only API (interfaces) with scope=provided would be something more natural I would be looking for.
