There should be real "Group Actions" that affect members of the group, and can
affect subsets of group members based on selection.
In particular, there should be check-boxes before each member, which can allow
such "group actions" to affect one or more members. Group actions I envision
would include "Build (with default build def)" and
"Remove project from group". Any selected groups would be built or removed.
The current "Remove" button would be moved elsewhere, as it is not about the
contents of the group, but deletes the whole group. Possibly simply making an
"X" remove button on the main list of groups, much the way individual projects
have the same would work.
