[~khmarbaise] sorry, I should have been more precise. The link
[https://maven.apache.org/download.html#Installation] isn't actually broken
because the page loads, but the page does not have a section with an anchor for
"#installation". Also the page
([https://maven.apache.org/download.html|https://maven.apache.org/download.html#Installation])
doesn't have any information on installing Maven, which is confusing given
that the link a user clicks on says "installation instructions". Thanks!
