I understood the diff between version 31 and 32 and I improved Surefire parent
POM. Some versions are already specified in Maven and ASF POM and I also
removed {{maven-project-info-reports-plugin}} because it is already specified
in Maven POM. I compared the HTML result of {{site}} and now we have all new
goals and new pages of reporting. I built the project with 3.5.2 and 3.2.1.
