attached is the patch from the ZIP file, reformatted, retained for posterity.
However, I'm not applying this as is - it is very csharp specific, but with the
'resources' language is very ambiguous as to what it refers to.
I'd suggest we need to work on better per-compiler configuration classes here
to include it. In the mean time I think csharp users will need to add this
using the arguments fields.
