[~tschoening] I've starting cleaning MJAVADOC issues, which is just a very
small subset of all our [open
issues|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MAVEN/Maven+JIRA+issues+overview].
And yes, when asking for a test to reproduce this issue and having no response
for a long time is a good reason to close it as incomplete, otherwise it is
impossible to keep focus on the important things.
I would expect that for all file-related javadoc argument an equivalant plugin
parameter should be available, which would make this issue invalid: those
parameters are "file"
-aware and can do the right quoting and escaping when required.
