Critical part was replacement RepositorySystem with MavenRepositorySystem from Maven Core And _getEffectiveRepositories_ is method from _org.apache.maven.repository.legacy.LegacyRepositorySystem#getEffectiveRepositories_ used by _org.apache.maven.project.DefaultProjectBuildingHelper_
