After upgrading to Maven 3.6.0 our build fails to run, because dependencies
defined in the bom are not recognized. We have the following configuration:

The console output gives errors on 'dependencies.dependency.version' of all
dependencies.
Everything works well with Maven 3.5.4 and 3.3.9.
