Description: (was: After upgrading to Maven 3.6.0 our build fails to
run, because dependencies defined in the bom are not recognized. We have the

The console output gives errors on 'dependencies.dependency.version' of all
dependencies.
Everything works well with Maven 3.5.4 and 3.3.9.)
