I don't understand
what we can do with this issue is just close it as "Won't fix" since we have
found a better strategy:
* removed {{Built-By}} in MSHARED-661
* made {{Build-Jdk}} reproducible in MSHARED-796
* working on making every non-reproducible field optional in MSHARED-787 (WIP)
