I can ping you on this alongside SCM-917 on sunday, too.
This should be an easy pull.
As to SCM-917 I need your help understanding
* What is the Scm Manager API good for (saw it being used in maven-release
tests lately)
* Tck Tests - When are they being executed
* Plugin Tests - Do we need some for Untag for Subversion?
