There's been [a

to retire this library.
The following actions need to be done:
[] Ask infra@asf to close the repository (i.e. mark the gitbox copy 'nocommit'
and press the "archive" button on github)
[V] Mark Jira Shared component as retired
[] Remove component from shared components page
[] Republish documentation with 'Retired Maven Artifact Resolution API (Maven2)
(RETIRED)'
[] Remove .Jenkins file from every branch
In this case:
no new release as it requires too much investment to get it back to Maven
requirements
