If we want to bisect commits, it is good idea but harder to do because we have
to bisect:
+ Maven Core
+ Maven integration tetsing
+ Jenkins libraries (lib, or env)
Let's move all three parts 2 months back and use linkage of Jenkins libraries
with branch instead of master (see
https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf?p=maven-jenkins-lib.git).
