On some jenkins builds, the Integration Test "MPMD-268-deprecated-rules"
sometimes fails. The verification expects in the log a line
{{[WARNING] ... some warning from pmd}}
But instead we get e.g.
{{Jul 26, 2019 8:14:59 PM net.sourceforge.pmd.RuleSetFactory
parseRuleReferenceNode}}
{{ WARNING: ... some warning from pmd}}
This is probably due to the possibility, that the java.util.Logger instance
might be garbage collected, so that the logging configuration and the
jul-to-slf4j-bridge is gone.
