For analysis you need to compare {{target/site/javadoc/options}}. This file is
generated when executing {{mvn -X}} or when the plugin fails.
You'll notice a different for Java 8 and Java 11 in the {{-classpath}} entry.
(the appearance of test-jars are awkward too, but not the problem of this issue)
So the thing to figure out, why did it disappear?
