quiram commented on issue #245: Surefire-1584: Add option to rerun failing tests for JUnit5 URL: https://github.com/apache/maven-surefire/pull/245#issuecomment-544483893 I have managed to create a sample project to reproduce this, it's as simple as using `@DisplayName`, see [here|https://github.com/quiram/surefire-retry-failed-tests-issue]. The sample project uses surefire to demonstrate the issue because it requieres less set-up, but the same issue occurs when I try with failsafe. Since @Col-E will need a new PR, shall I create a new issue to handle this?
