This is correct. The Codehaus Versions plugin that is bundled with Maven has
doxia-site-renderer as well as struts 1.3.8 as transitive dependencies. I've
tried the latest versions of the Maven build tool and they all seem to pull in
doxia-site-rendere along with struts 1.3.8.
Are you aware of any versions of Maven that do not contain these?
