Problem Statement - I have two projects CorpDartIngestor and Commons, where in 
project CorpDartIngestor is main project which depends on project Commons - is 
there a way to first build dependent project Commons and then build main 
project CorpDartIngestor through CorpDartIngestor projects POM which should 
have reference of Commons. This is not a multi module project.
