you're right, it's not about Surefire creating any non-reproducible output
it's about making Surefire build reproducible = if someone builds Surefire from
source, they get the same binaries than the reference release
= what is tracked for every Maven subproject at
https://github.com/jvm-repo-rebuild/reproducible-maven-HEAD
every Maven sub-project will have to be updated to have their build
reproducible, and I'm near having every current SNAPSHOT ok
