I did test it, thank you. It works for `System.out` now, but `System.err`
outputs by the agent are still swallowed when I run my tests with Surefire.
When I run them from the IDE, error output created by my Java agent is also
there. Sorry if I did not mention that explicitly, but I thought you would
check and fix both default output channels.
