making a build reproducible is about plugins, not dependencies: and this
projects seems to already have a reproducible build

what remains to do is to have this plugin produce reproducible output: this one
would probably require dependencies update to produce reproducible jars
but this will be another Jira issue, since this is a fully separate issue:
