one additional "fragility" of the build discovered while debugging is that the
build uses maven-shade-plugin (in 3 modules), that generates
{{dependency-reduced-pom.xml}}: these files are not cleaned up when doing
clean, and they are package to {{-source-release.zip}}
created MASFRES-34 to make source-release maven-assembly-plugin descriptor
ignore these files
perhaps clean plugin should also be updated to delete
{{dependency-reduced-pom.xml}} in addition to {{target/}} directory
