The incorporated Maven wrapper does not yet work since the download artifacts
are missing on Maven central.
Calling the current Maven wrapper plugin leads to a download error:

Arbitrary combinations of {{-DmavenVersion}}, {{-DwrapperVersion}}, {{-Dtype}},
{{-U}} do not resolve the problem: Looks like the download scripts or jars
simply do not exist?
