Implementation of MEAR-280 lacks support of skinnyWars option - when this
option is turned on and when Maven EAR Plugin repackages WARs included into
EAR, then current time is used for timestamps of files in repackaged EAR
instead of {{project.build.outputTimestamp}} maven property.
