reproducible EARs when skinnyWars option is used
({{<skinnyWars>true</skinnyWars>}} in {{configuration}} of Maven EAR Plugin).

and changes timestamps of its entries to the date & time when repackaging
happens ignoring {{project.build.outputTimestamp}} maven property.
