Consider the following xdoc file:

This renders to the following HTML output:
<a name="section name"></a><div class="section"><h2>section name</h2>

<ul>

</ul>

<ul>

</ul>
</div>
Please note that there is no closing </p> between </ul> and </div>
This is obviously no valid XHTML.
