Your test-jar and standard jar contain the same packages. On the module path,
the JRE will read the module-info and it will find that the standard jar
exports the package "com.univocity.parsers.core.routine", so, to resolve
ResultSetWritingRoutine, it will look into the standard jar and not into the
test jar. Solution is to not have split packages between standard and test-jar.
