Despite deployementRepository being an optional parameter, for whatever reason,
the deploy mojo fails to execute without the distributionManagement tag, even
if altDeployementRepository is specified. The output of a failed execution is
attached. Once the distributionManagment tag is provided, it is ignored as
expected.
