There is an issue with Windows Linux Subsystem Network Drive shares used with
this plugin.
The share doesn't provide ownership information of its files so the plugin
dependency Plexus-IO (which is dependency of Plexus-Archiver) will fail.
Wait for a newer Plexus-IO version than 3.2.0 (and/or Plexus-Archiver with the
dependency)
This is similar to the ticket at JAR Plugin MJAR-273
