The below Doxia issues have integration tests in *maven-site-plugin*:
* DOXIA-473
* DOXIA-597
* DOXIA-571
* DOXIA-535
These tests can be reincorporated into *doxia-module-markdown* which has its
own integration tests that run in *maven-site-plugin*.
