@michael-o @rmannibucau My proposal is to merge this PR, we already know current master is broken (see MRESOLVER-153), and while in this PR I did "return" (well, copied to new place) the `NoLockSyncContextFactory` (the `DefaultSyncContextFactory` that was noop, cause of MRESOLVER-153) I am now tempted to drop it, and merge.
