Description:
The codebase is overloaded with nested for-loops and if-statements, making it
very hard to maintain. MJAVADOC-634 would introduce set of nested for-loops and
if-statements, whereas Java 8 streams would clean this up and make it more
readable.
Let's not stick to Java 7 and introduce more technical dept. Assuming only a
handful of Maven users is still on Java 7, most likely nobody will notice this
change.
