I have heavily used the takari plugin in the past and am comparing to that. The
takari plugin documentation is very clear and easy to follow, simply run

mvn -N io.takari:maven:0.7.7:wrapper

I am attempting to follow what is documented
[here|http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-wrapper-plugin/usage.html], but
running into a number of problems.
h2. Setup

Based on this it seems maybe there are two issues
1. The documentation might not be right
2. Some artifact might not have been pushed
