With MSHARED-966 the behavior for the maven-resources-plugin changed
dramatically.
Now an exception is thown if an file already exists.
Before it was only overwritten if newer an no exception was thrown.
The new behavior breaks many builds. If this new behavior is a feature the
plugin site should be updated with a big (!) warning to everyone.
