Experiment No1: All the failing ITs are actually Maven 2.1 ITs as summarized in this JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MNG-7363 and they use "non standard" way of Wagon configuration (historically, it was first Plexus XML for Wagon, then in Maven3 it was resolver properties + Plexus XML in Server and today we should really use only the "standard" resolver properties for configuration and not circumvent them). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
