Of course, we could ask every user who submits a bug report to go back and do 
{{mvn -v}}.

The people who submit a ticket will most likely just copy/paste the full log - 
and thus give us the {{mvn -v}} output immediately. I think we mainly do this 
for ourselves :). If that is the idea, I like it.
