It's been three years. Are there further concerns with parallelism or is this
eventually being merged? I think it would be best to merge it and see what
happens. When people want to use parallel builds, they are going to use it,
regardless if that plug-in reports support or not. If there was a major
problem, there should have been bug reports in the meantime?
