IMHO, the BOM should be aligned with extensions.xml (exportedArtifact), as
clearly, plugin developer instead whatever version it declares, will instead
get the artifact version that comes from core. And this is true not only for
Maven artifacts (core etc), but also for important components like Resolver.
Hence, whatever is "provided" by Core should be locked down by BOM.
