Running a build, I get:

org.codehaus.plexus.velocity.VelocityComponent:default - Left side
($changesSinceLastSuccess.changes.size()) of '==' operation has null value. If
a reference, it may not be in the context. Operation not
possible.

subversion). There was no change to the shell script. Build fresh is false,
default is true.
