While I acknowledge this usecase, APT will be likely removed from Doxia as all
other custom formats. It will not contain any custom parsers. Just a sink to
produce Markdown or Asciidoctor to convert to HTML. No pandoc like features.
APT, Xdoc and FML are dead. I am considering to deprecate them with Doxia 2.0
GA. (needs to be discussed with [~hboutemy]).
